Booth Description

8’ X 10’ space, piped and draped, one 8’ skirted table and two chairs, identification sign, and one 120v AC 500 Watt outlet. Additional electrical connections or supplies may be ordered from the Exhibiting Set-Up Company. All exhibitors will receive a separate set-up packet from La Crosse Center.

Booth Costs
(Sponsorship fee included per booth)

On or before August 27th, 2021 $550.00*
Starting August 28, 2021 $750.00*

*Above costs include one conference registration fee. Everyone staffing the booth must register for the conference, but at this time we will only be taking registrations for the exhibitors, plus that one conference registration that comes with the booth. Registration for all booth staff will open in June when the attendee registration opens.

Do's and Don'ts

All Manufacturing, Consultant Firms, Sales Firms, Exhibitors, and Contract Operation Firms NOT exhibiting at the Annual Conference must pay the Sponsorship (one fee per firm).

Any events sponsored by manufacturers and consultants, such as luncheons, training sessions, hospitality suites, etc., that interfere with the conference (including exhibit hours) will not be allowed.

Sponsor Fee

The sponsor fee includes:

  • Refreshments during the Meet-N-Greet and Exhibit Hours
  • The Wednesday walk-around lunch in the exhibit area
  • The social hour before the awards banquet

Exhibiting Schedule

Exhibit Set-Up:
All Exhibits must be set up by 9:00am on Wednesday

  • Tuesday, Oct. 5th 8:00am to 6:00pm
  • Wednesday, Oct. 6th 7:00am to 8:30am

Show Hours:

  • Wednesday, Oct. 6th 10:00am to 5:00pm
  • Thursday, Oct. 7th 8:00am to 11:30am

Exhibit Teardown:
All exhibits must be re-moved from the exhibit hall by 5:00pm Thursday

  • Thursday, Oct. 7th, not before 11:30am


It is agreed that in no case will WWOA or its officers or directors be responsible for any loss, theft, damage by fire or water, or injury to any person or article as a direct result of their participation in the show.


Each booth operator assumes responsibility for the space leased during the conference and will keep it free
from hazards to persons on the premises. WWOA will not be responsible for any injury that may occur to booth operators, their associates or employees.
